After having finally met up with F.F. and Anastasia, Jolyne and the gang continue their escape from the disciplinary wing and track down the bone. But things go from bad to weird when they run across a scene of madness where other prisoners have been drained to husks, infected by a mysterious plant-form that gives birth to a strange green child. Jolyne accidentally ends up infected by the plant’s odd power, and is unable to stand in sunlight, or else she, too, will meet the same fate as the other prisoners. Luckily, Joylene and company meet a lonesome Stand who seems to be more than happy to help them escape via boat…Ya-Ya Ma.

Pale Snake has F.F. on the ropes when Weather Forecast comes to their rescue. The pair narrowly escape and are able to meet up with Jolyne and Anastasia, but their relief is short-lived when sudden tragedy strikes! The time to escape from prison and track down Father Pucchi has come, with Jolyne, Ermes, and Emporio planning to go one way while Weather Forecast and Anastasia go another. But Jolyne is attacked by Mew Mew, the lead guard whose Stand, Jailhouse Lock, causes Jolyne to be able to remember only three things at a time. She keeps writing notes for herself as she struggles to get free of her attacker, but then Mew Mew suddenly shoots Emporio! Will Jolyne be able to escape the prison?! And what of Anastasia and Weather Forecast on the outside?
